3. Acceptance of the terms and formation of the contract
3.1. By registering an account, signing in, purchasing paid functionality or otherwise actually using the Service, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and agreed to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
3.2. When paid services are purchased, the agreement is concluded electronically (by the clickwrap method) — by pressing the relevant button the User expresses the intention to enter into a contractual relationship and to assume the payment obligation.
4. User eligibility and age requirement
4.1. Genesys is intended solely for legally capable natural persons of full age (18 years or older) or for legal entities registered in accordance with applicable law.
4.2. If you use the Platform on behalf of a legal entity or organisation, you warrant that you hold full authority of representation to accept these Terms on that organisation’s behalf.
5. Nature and functionality of the Service
5.1. Genesys is a high-technology, assistive legal-analytical AI platform covering the processing of normative acts, analytics of court practice, structuring of documents and automation of legal research.
5.2. The Company reserves the right, for reasons of system optimisation, security or legislative requirements, to update, change, extend or temporarily restrict individual functions of the Platform at any time.
6. Legal disclaimer
6.1. Not a law firm service: Genesys is not a law firm or an attorney’s office. Use of the Platform does not create an attorney-client relationship, legal representation, a power of attorney or any professional legal guarantee.
6.2. Informational and analytical in nature: all results (Output) generated by the artificial intelligence are of an assistive, informational and academic nature only. Owing to the inherent characteristics of AI models, results may contain inaccuracies or incomplete explanations, or may require contextual interpretation.
6.3. The User’s duty to verify: before taking any legal, procedural, financial or business decision, the User is obliged to independently verify the norms, precedents and conclusions cited by the Platform with a qualified lawyer or against primary official sources.
6.4. Restriction on sensitive information: it is prohibited to upload to the Platform any state secrets, special categories of personal data, or confidential material that the User has no right to disclose.
7. Account security and authentication
7.1. The User is fully responsible for the confidentiality of their own account credentials (email, password, authentication tokens).
7.2. Transferring, selling or collectively using an account with third parties is prohibited, unless this is expressly provided for by a special corporate licence.
7.3. If unauthorised access or a security breach is suspected, the User is obliged to notify the Genesys support team immediately at: support@genesys.ge.
8. Data ownership, licence and generated results
8.1. Input data: the User retains all copyright and ownership rights in the materials they upload. The User grants Genesys a limited, non-exclusive, technical licence to process that material solely for the purposes of delivering the Service, providing technical support and generating the requested response.
8.2. Output: within the limits of applicable law, the User is entitled to use the generated results for their own professional, research or commercial purposes.
8.3. Non-exclusivity of results: the User acknowledges that, by the nature of AI models, the system may provide other users with identical or similar content in response to a similar request.
9. Fair and acceptable use policy
The User is categorically prohibited from:
- automated scraping, mass downloading or parsing of the Platform, its databases and AI responses;
- reverse engineering, decompiling the system, or attempting to extract its code or algorithms;
- using the Platform to train, evaluate or build databases for competing artificial intelligence models;
- artificially overloading system throughput (DDoS, prompt spamming, unauthorised use of the API);
- uploading malicious code, viruses, disinformation, or discriminatory or unlawful material.
Genesys reserves the right to apply request-frequency limiting mechanisms (rate limiting / throttling) in order to protect the stability of the system.
10. Plans, payment terms and trial period
10.1. Currency and prices: the cost of the service is stated in US dollars (USD) including the taxes provided for by Georgian legislation, unless otherwise stated in a specific offer.
10.2. Payment infrastructure: settlement is carried out through the licensed payment provider — the Bank of Georgia (BOG) payment system. Genesys does not itself store or process full bank card details; tokenisation and protection of the data take place in the provider’s secure environment (to the PCI-DSS standard).
10.3. Trial period: Genesys may offer new users a free 3-day trial period. After the trial expires, unless the User activates a paid plan themselves, access to the system is automatically restricted without any payment obligation arising.
11. Recurring billing (MIT)
11.1. Authorisation and consent: on activating a paid recurring subscription, the User gives a one-time consent to Genesys and to the payment provider to automatically charge the corresponding plan price to the card indicated by the User at the end of each subscription period (monthly/annual), until the subscription is cancelled.
11.2. Transaction model: the initial payment is a Cardholder-Initiated Transaction (CIT) with full security confirmation (3-D Secure). Subsequent recurring payments are performed as Merchant-Initiated Transactions (MIT) on the basis of the tokenised card.
11.3. Advance notice: in compliance with the requirements of the National Bank of Georgia, the Company is obliged to send the User an electronic notice in advance (within the period established by law or regulation) of an upcoming regular automatic payment, indicating the amount and the date.
12. Cancellation and termination of the subscription
12.1. The User has the right to cancel the automatic subscription at any time from their personal profile settings (Profile → Subscription → “Cancel”).
12.2. After cancellation the User retains full access to the relevant Platform functionality until the end of the billing period already paid for. Once that period ends, automatic charging stops and the account moves to restricted mode.
13. Distance contract and refund policy
13.1. Genesys is a digital service supplied at a distance. By confirming payment, the User requests immediate activation of the service.
13.2. Right of withdrawal: In accordance with the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights, a consumer (an individual) has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within the statutory period without providing any reason, except for the exceptions directly provided by law (including cases where the supply of digital content has commenced with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal).
13.3. Refund procedure: to request a refund or to report a technical fault (e.g. a double charge or a system error), the User must contact the Company at: support@genesys.ge. If a substantiated request is granted, the amount will be returned to the same bank account/card within 14 calendar days.
14. Intellectual property rights
14.1. The Genesys platform, its software code, algorithms, system architecture, interface design, database structure, trademarks and logos are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and are protected by Georgian and international copyright law.
14.2. Genesys claims no copyright over the texts of Georgian legislative and normative acts or of public court decisions — what is protected is the original methodology of indexing, analysing, visualising and programmatically processing them.
15. Limitation of liability
15.1. The Platform is provided to the User on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any express or implied warranty of any kind.
15.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genesys shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage (including lost revenue, the outcome of litigation, business interruption or loss of data) arising out of the use of, or the inability to use, the Platform.
16. Protection of personal data
The collection, processing and security of users’ personal data are governed by the Genesys Privacy Policy, which is available on the website and forms an integral part of these Terms.
17. Governing law and dispute resolution
17.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable legislation of Georgia.
17.2. Any disagreement arising between the parties shall be settled through mutual negotiation. Failing agreement, the dispute shall be referred for consideration to the competent court of Georgia.
18. Changes to the terms
18.1. Genesys reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time. The updated version is published on the website with the “last updated” date indicated.
18.2. Where material changes are made, the User will be notified by email or through an in-platform information message a reasonable time before the changes take effect.

You may contact us regarding these Terms, subscriptions or technical matters:
- Email: support@genesys.ge / info@genesys.ge
- Standard handling time: no later than 10 (ten) business days from receipt of the enquiry.
